Abstract
X-ray patterns of the deposits formed at Ed = â 1.03 V, with either qd, using non-grazing incidence, indicated the presence of hcp-CuSn and Cu3Sn phases. However, for Ed = â 1.30 V were identified the Cu6Sn5 and Cu10Sn3 phases for qd = 2.55 C cmâ 2 and only Cu6Sn5 phase for qd = 8.47 C cmâ 2.
