Abstract
⺠Interaction of the Zener-Stroh crack with fibers using three-phase model. ⺠Dugdale model used to introduce a strip of yielded plastic zone at the crack tips. ⺠Plastic zone size and crack tip opening displacement are evaluated. ⺠Inclusion volume fraction, load ratio and crack-inclusion distance effects studied.
