Abstract
⺠A glass microcapillary was coated with an amine functional group. ⺠Coating was achieved using atmospheric pressure DBD. ⺠Results show that plasma parameters can be tuned for biomedical applications. ⺠Stable glow discharge sustained at atmospheric pressure and room temperature.
