Abstract
► The Ti-35Nb-10Zr alloy showed an equiaxed structure with β phase. ► The FS laser treated surface showed micro-sized circular traces and nanotubes had diameters of 180 nm. ► Nanotube and FS laser treated surface showed the wider passive region compared to others. ► The contact angle was remarkably decreased by effect of femtosecond laser texturing and HA coating. ► The nanotube structures and HA coating played role to improve cell spreading.
