Abstract
⺠True stiction force is measured between interacting surfaces. ⺠The comb-drive actuators do not have sliding dimples. ⺠The tribogauge device occupies an area of ~ 0.33 mm2. ⺠In-situ friction characterization was measured with the device (initial lab results).
