Abstract
⺠We deposit six Zr-based thin film metallic glasses with various nitrogen contents. ⺠Nanocomposite feature forms as N content is higher than 11.1 at.%. ⺠The Zr-based thin film metallic glass with 13.8 at.% N exhibits the optimal mechanical properties.
