Abstract
⺠In situ X-ray strain analysis of compressed Au films on pre-stretched polymer substrate was made. ⺠Crystallite Group Method has been used for two geometries (longitudinal and transversal). ⺠The overall approach is available up to high compressive stresses (640 MPa).
