Abstract
⺠DC magnetron sputtering was used to produce thin sheets. ⺠Aluminum-scandium and aluminum-zirconium were employed as material. ⺠Their tensile properties after deposition and ageing were compared. ⺠Higher tensile strength values were measured in aluminum-zirconium films. ⺠Aluminum-scandium films show a better ductility.
