Abstract
► A TiO2/MoS2 composite coating on Ti alloy was prepared by one-step PEO process. ► MoS2 particles were nonuniformly distributed in the TiO2 coating. ► The TiO2/MoS2 composite coating exhibited good low-friction behavior.
