Abstract
⺠Four different nanoheater structures have been prepared by various methods. ⺠These nanoheaters have the forms of nanoparticles, nanowires, powders, and films. ⺠The structural and thermal properties of these nanoheaters have been characterized. ⺠These nanoheaters can be used in micro-joining and flexible electronics bonding.
