Abstract
⺠Surface texturing method by electrochemical dissolution without previous masking ⺠Patterns containing regular arrays of dots, trace-dots and chevrons were produced. ⺠The effects of gap size, applied voltage and texturing time were investigated. ⺠Friction coefficient was lower and wear was less severe for textured surfaces.
