Abstract
⺠PDMS layer generation from liquid films lying on metallic corona discharge electrode ⺠Anodized aluminum oxide layers are obtained at polymer/substrate interface. ⺠The Al2O3 and aluminosilicate type compounds are linked to polymers by SiOAl.
