Abstract
⺠We synthesize zinc nitride thin films by reactive RF magnetron sputtering. ⺠We examine microstructure and composition of zinc nitride films. ⺠The thermal annealing on optical and electrical properties is investigated. ⺠Zinc nitride is a low bang gap material with tunable electronic properties.
