Abstract
⺠IBAD-Al/Al2O3 multilayers were deposited on sintered NdFeB magnets for protection. ⺠IBAD-Al/Al2O3 multilayers presented less visible columnar structure. ⺠IBAD-Al/Al2O3 multilayers showed excellent corrosion resistance.
