Abstract
► A diamond-blade array made of nickel-base diamond film is successfully developed. ► Optimal diamond film surface integrity is achieved at a current density of 2-ASD. ► The different heat expansion coefficient results in the crack of diamond film. ► A nano-metric grinding depth allows for generating microgrooves on NAK80 steel. ► The finished NAK80 mold can be successfully used for producing biomedical chips.
