Abstract
⺠We synthesize cobalt-based metal oxide thin film coatings. ⺠They are deposited on aluminum and glass substrates via sol-gel dip-coating. ⺠Characterization is via XRD, SEM, AFM and XPS. ⺠Spectrophotometry and nanoindentation are also conducted. ⺠Copper-cobalt coating exhibits distinctive nano-sized and grain-like morphologies.
