Abstract
⺠Effects of Cr on microstructure in aluminized fourth generation Ni-base superalloys. ⺠Higher Cr encourages secondary reaction zone nucleation after aluminizing. ⺠Higher Cr precipitated more topologically close-packed phases in substrate. ⺠Cr accelerates secondary reaction zone nucleation, but not for their growth.
