Abstract
⺠SiC as oxidation protective layer. ⺠Cold spray as alternative method to form thin SiC layer. ⺠Crushed SiC particles are deposited on plastically deformed substrate. ⺠Thin MoSi2 and SiO2 layers formed beneath SiC restrain Ni-alloys from high temperature oxidation.
