Abstract
⺠nc-CrC/a-C:H nanocomposites deposited by filtered cathodic arc. ⺠Ion bombardment intensity as parameter to control the nanostructure. ⺠Higher bias induces an increase in CC and CCr phases and a decrease in H content. ⺠Nanocrystals identified as Cr3C2, a-C:H matrix presents some onion-like structures.
