Abstract
⺠Droplet diameters decreased when the charging energy increased. ⺠The coating spreading morphology was evener when the charging energy was higher. ⺠The average coating thickness changed nonlinearly when the charging energy varied. ⺠The Vickers indentation hardness decreased as the charging energies ascended.
