Abstract
⺠Nanoporous alumina has been fabricated by anodization at elevated temperature. ⺠Increased temperature of anodization considerably shortened the process. ⺠Qualitative analysis of operating parameters influence on pores arrangement has been done. ⺠Influence of operating parameters on the current density has been studied. ⺠Influence of operating parameters on the alumina geometry has been studied.
