Abstract
⺠Friction stir welded joints of AA2024-T351 superficially treated by LSP. ⺠Local and overall tensile behavior of native FSW joints vs. LSP treated. ⺠LSP superficial treatment increases the tensile loading capacity of the FSW joint.
