Abstract
⺠The synthesized TiO2 powder can be cold sprayed with thickness about 100 μm. ⺠The TiO2 powder is synthesized via the hydrolysis of titanyl sulfate. ⺠The post synthesis treatments affect the nanostructure of TiO2 powders. ⺠Only TiO2 with unique oriented aggregated structure can be cold sprayed. ⺠The cold spraying of TiO2 is a breakthrough as it is known to be difficult.
