Abstract
⺠X-ray diffraction analysis is utilized to investigate the surface characteristics. ⺠The refined domain sizes and high dislocation densities are introduced after SP. ⺠The variations of surface characteristics are similar because of the isotropy. ⺠The differences of characteristics are influenced by the effect of reinforcements. ⺠The variations of surface characteristics by SP can improve surface properties.
