Abstract
âºIrradiation of PET with linearly polarized light from a pulsed KrF laser. âºThe structure period was controlled by variation of the incidence angle. âºGold layers were deposited onto nano-patterned PET by sputtering and evaporation. âºEvaporation leads to a continuous metal coverage copying the nanostructured polymer. âºSputtering leads to formation of isolated nano-wires.
