Abstract
⺠A multifunctional coating on silk fabrics was realized by means of PIGP process. ⺠A wash-resistant flame retardant finish was obtained with phosphoramidate monomers. ⺠High LOI values superior to 30 were reached with less than 11% of grafted polymer. ⺠Impermeability was acquired with a SF6 plasma treatment on the flame proofed fabrics.
