Abstract
► Metallic Cu-Zn-Sn thin films were prepared via the electrochemical deposition process. ► Cu2ZnSnS4 thin films were prepared via rapid thermal annealing process. ► The KCN treatment effectively removed the Cu-S secondary phases.
