⺠Tin oxide doped on glass substrate as thin film ⺠Mosaicity studies enable information about of crystalline domains. ⺠Increasing time deposition allows modification of resistivity and Hall mobility. ⺠Increasing the film thickness occur changes in crystalline texture.
