Abstract
⺠Buried interfaces between thin (< 100 nm) polymer films and Au are revealed. ⺠Micro-patterns of self-assembled monolayer on Au covered by polystyrene are detected. ⺠Different interactions between individual polyaniline domains and Au are shown.
