Abstract
⺠Surface treatments on indium tin oxide (ITO) altered its surface free energy. ⺠Surface free energies were studied in terms of acid-base components. ⺠ITO surface morphology and roughness were changed with the surface treatment. ⺠Silver ink was printed on treated ITO samples using aerosol jet printing system. ⺠Line widths of printed patterns clearly depended on the surface free energy of ITO.
