Abstract
⺠Carbon films are deposited on SS304 by unbalanced magnetron sputter ion plating. ⺠The corrosion resistance of SS304 is greatly improved. ⺠The interfacial contact resistance value of SS304 drastically decreases. ⺠Bias voltage and target current effect on the carbon film properties are clarified.
