Abstract
⺠We study the lifetime issue of the organic rectifying Schottky diodes. ⺠We develop a low-temperature double-layer encapsulation film to improve the lifetime. ⺠The operational lifetime is at least 6 à longer after encapsulation. ⺠DC output voltage is improved after encapsulation. ⺠An accelerated lifetime test method is developed.
