Abstract
⺠Octacyanophthalocyanine nanograss was formed by chemical vapor deposition (CVD). ⺠The distribution of length of nanograss can be controlled by the temperature in CVD. ⺠The nanograss showed good n-type semiconductor property in photovoltaic cells.
