Abstract
⺠Nano-structured Cu2O film was obtained by one-step chemical bath deposition. ⺠The bargain glucose was used as reductant instead of expensively strong reductants. ⺠The effects of supersaturation dependent on reaction conditions on films were studied. ⺠The mechanism of shape evolution as a function of ion concentration was approached.
