Abstract
⺠A solution infiltration process is used for the film preparation. ⺠High-quality Ba(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3-(Ba0.7Ca0.3)TiO3 films were synthesized. ⺠Excellent properties including large piezoelectric effect were achieved. ⺠The piezoelectric films are a promising candidate for lead-free microdevices.
