Abstract
⺠Transient photocurrents in evaporated diamine films have fast and slow components. ⺠Transient photocurrents are modelled using inhomogeneous bimolecular recombination. ⺠Recombination rates differ between crystallised and amorphous film regions. ⺠Recombination parameters evolve with film age as the films crystallise.
