Abstract
⺠A double spherical deflector imaging energy filter called α-SDA is reported. ⺠Compact in-column design enables simple adaption to systems using cathode lenses: PEEM & LEEM. ⺠Its contribution to chromatic- and geometrical aberration is negligible. ⺠It allows quasi-simultaneous observation of real and reciprocal images in real time.
