Abstract
The differential cross sections of the elastic 7Li(d,d0) scattering were measured at five angles (125°, 140°, 150°, 160° and 170°) with silicon surface barrier (SSB) detectors and for deuteron energies ranging from 900 to 2000â¯keV, in steps of 5-50â¯keV. The target used was a thin natLiF target. The whole experimental procedure and analysis are presented and the results, compared to those already present in literature for the scattering angle of 125°, appear to be in a good agreement. Furthermore, for the low energy region (up to Ed,labâ¼1300keV, depending on the angle) the cross section values correspond to the sum of the 7Li(d,d0) and 7Li(d,p0) cross section values due to peak overlap.
