Abstract
Hybridization of zinc oxide tetrapod networks (ZnO-T) with MexOyand ZnxMe1-xOycompounds (Me = Sn, Fe, Bi, Cu or Al) is successfully reported in this work, and their ultraviolet (UV) sensing properties are investigated in detail, as well as of individual ZnO-T:Al microwires.257
