Abstract
⺠Inductively coupled plasma enhances thermal CVD deposition rates of carbon coatings. ⺠Increasing the deposition rate reduces the ordered degree of carbon coatings. ⺠The structure of carbon coatings shifts to graphite-like with increasing rf-powers.
