Abstract
⺠We use vacuum annealing and oxygen plasma treatment to form NiO nano-structures. ⺠Uniform NiO nano-structures were synthesized on CNTs/carbon cloth. ⺠The capacitance of NiO/CNTs/carbon cloth electrode can reach up to 162.41 F/g. ⺠The NiO/CNTs/carbon cloth electrode exhibits great electrochemical properties. ⺠The synthesized NiO/CNTs/carbon cloth was a potential electrode material.
