Abstract
⺠We successfully deposit Ni0.92V0.08Ox films on ITO/glass by pulse sputter method. ⺠The optical properties of the films are analyzed by a UV/VIS spectrophotometer. ⺠The electrochromic properties heavily depend on power and the argon/oxygen ratio.
