Abstract
⺠The Fe51Pt49 film inclined towards (001)-texture and perpendicular magnetic anisotropy. ⺠The coercivity of the Fe35Pt65 film decreased drastically and tended towards in-plane magnetic anisotropy. ⺠RTA technique avoided prolonged thermal treatment, leading to significantly reduced grain growth.
