Abstract
⺠Ag thin films were deposited by magnetron sputtering. ⺠Salt-water durability was improved using argon and nitrogen mixed gas. ⺠Meanwhile reflectance exhibited almost same values despite nitrogen concentration. ⺠Surface roughness and crystallite size decreased by nitrogen addition. âºÂ Those microstructure change should brought improvement of durability.
