Abstract
⺠HDTMA (5.0 CEC) Na-1-mica exhibited very high capacity for perchlorate adsorption. ⺠Layered double hydroxides showed small or no uptake of perchlorate. ⺠Organo-clay minerals could be alternatives to carbon for perchlorate adsorption.
