Abstract
⺠Numerical predictions of the flow around a model scale propeller. ⺠Similar accuracy of propeller performance predictions with hexa-structured and hybrid-unstructured meshes. ⺠Local flow details better captured with hexa-structured mesh. ⺠Hybrid-unstructured mesh more diffusive than hexa-structured mesh. ⺠Similar results using the BSL-RSM or the SST turbulence model.
