Abstract
⺠We give a new analytical solution for wave scattering by submerged horizontal porous thick plate. ⺠Velocity potentials are determined by domain decomposition method. ⺠The solution needs no complex dispersion relations. ⺠The new solution is confirmed by boundary element method solution and experimental data.
