Abstract
⺠Upper mounted baffles has a great potential as a sloshing suppress device. ⺠Developed analytical solutions have enough accuracy to utilize for baffles design. ⺠Horizontal baffles have significant damping effects in slender tanks. ⺠Vertical baffles are more effective for broad tanks. ⺠Overall, horizontal baffles are more efficient, but less economical.
