Abstract
The results obtained show that: the 235U elastic cross-sections taken from JENDL-4.0 requires an adjustment which can reach 6% in 0-100â¯keV, 4.5% in 100â¯keV-625â¯keV and 2.5% in 625â¯keV-0.5â¯MeV, while those from ENDF/B-VII.1 needs an adjustment which can reach 5% in 0-100â¯keV, 3% in 100â¯keV-625â¯keV and 1% in 625â¯keV-0.5â¯MeV interval. The adjusted cross-section in the two evaluations ameliorates the posterior calculated keff with respect to the experimental keff. Also the posterior covariance matrix decreases the nuclear uncertainty of the adjusted keff.
