Abstract
⺠The homotopy perturbation method is applied in cylindrical symmetry. ⺠Analytical solutions are found for neutron diffusion in infinite and finite cylinders. ⺠Different boundary conditions are applied. ⺠The method reproduces critical size and flux as calculated using canonical methods.
